Encouraging Employee Excellence!

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about the service you received when you were at your o-op. We like to encourage and recognize staff who provide you with excellent service. Your nomination can mean a $25.00 gift certificate for the employee!

Upon receiving your nomination, it will be placed in the Employee Recognition box by the Member Relations Officer. At closing time each evening, the Manager on Duty checks the box and reacts to any nominations submitted.

We offer four options for participating from our website:

(Please note that forms are also available at the service desk if you
want to nominate staff while at the store)

Option 1: Via Email. Simply click on the link and email us. We require your co-op number, the co-op you are from (if not from FDCC), who you want to nominate, when the event took place and a short description of what occurred to prompt you to nominate this person.
Option 2: Via PDF. In order for the PDF interactive form to work, you require Adobe Reader version 7 or 8. The newest versions are available on the Adobe website (free download). Simply complete the form and submit via email or print it and drop off on your next store visit. Please allow for download time.
Option 3: Email Doc. If you have Microsoft Word, you can use this document to complete your nomination and email it to us as an attachment (info@frederictoncoop.nb.ca) . You can also print out your completed form and drop it off on your next store visit. Please allow for download time
